Murray J. Roe is a consultant for the Saskatchewan Police Commission, as well as Buckingham Security. In addition, he served as a Senior Security Administrator for the Grey Cup Security Command. Prior to that, Mr. Roe spent nearly 30 years with the Regina Police Service. During his tenure, he was the Officer in Charge for the Criminal Investigation Division, as well as the Community Services Division and the Human Resources Section. He also served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the Explosives Disposal Unit. Recently, Mr. Roe worked as the Deputy Site Services Security Manager for the Fluor Corporation, where his responsibilities included the management of site security, including 60 contract security officers; research, development and implementation of policies and procedures; and conducting investigations of events occurring on Kearl property. Additionally, he has served as Chairperson for the National Joint Committee on Justice. Mr. Roe lives in Regina, Saskatchewan.
