Tom Fulcher is a security consultant for the Canadian Football League who specializes in venue security. He also works as a consultant for Buckingham Security. In addition, Mr. Fulcher serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Club, where, among other things, he’s responsible for stadium readiness and fan safety during CFL events. What’s more, he works for the Saskatchewan Witness Protection Program and the Ministry of Justice. For the Ministry of Justice, he conducts specialized investigations concerning drugs, prostitution and criminal organizations. In 2007, he received the Premiere’s Award of Excellence. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fulcher spent nearly 30 years with the Regina Police Service. In his tenure there he served as a detective sergeant in the Criminal Investigation Division. He also worked as a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the Underwater Investigation and Recovery Team. Additionally, he was a Defensive Tactics instructor, a Crowd Control Unit team leader and a frequent lecturer at the Saskatchewan Police College. Mr. Fulcher lives outside of Regina, Saskatchewan.
